     Dieting and losing weight do not mean you have to eat flavorless, strange foods. You can eat a wide variety of healthy, organic foods that taste great and can help you lose weight by blocking fat. Here are 15 examples of healthy alternatives that block fat.

1.      Cruciferous vegetables; these include spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, and collared greens. Be careful with the broccoli and cauliflower, though, as the high fiber content can lead to gas.

14.  Purified water; it’s not a food, but it is necessary for detoxifying the body and cleansing your system, not to mention helping the body burn stored fat.
